Since we want to make the manufacture of our products environmentally friendly, we first have to test the interest in our products. We do this by means of a pre-sale campaign, on our Discord Server.

Rest assured, we continuously strive to optimize the production process to minimize any delays and keep you informed about the estimated delivery timeframe for your order.

The written permission of the copyright holders must be obtained in advance for the reproduction of any elements. Please contact our support for this.
Donation funds
The donations are paid out in December to the organization selected on the Membership Discord Server. Lian Original reserves the right to decide to which organization the money will be donated.
Donations will only be credited if they were made with a credit card via the online shop. Orders by invoice cannot be credited to the donation for organizational reasons.
In the event of a return or refund, the donated (10.-CHF/Product) amount will not be refunded!
Gift vouchers
After your purchase, you will receive an email with a unique gift card code and instructions on how to use it. The subject of the email is “Your gift card is ready”. It is automatically sent to the customer’s email address as soon as the order is set to the status “Paid”.
The recipient can use the gift card to pay for any product in the shop. To redeem them, you must enter the card code from the email in the box at checkout.
Coupons can only be used once. If the purchase value is lower than the value of the coupon, the remaining amount will be lost. It cannot be reclaimed or otherwise compensated.
If the total amount of the order exceeds that of the gift card, you must pay the remaining amount using another payment method in the shop. Other special features:You cannot use more than one gift card per order.
Discount vouchers cannot be used to purchase a gift card. When a customer applies a coupon code to an order, the discount applies to all products in the order except the gift card.
A gift card cannot be used to purchase another.
GIVEAWAYS
Lian Original competitions are subject to the shipping guidelines and delivery times specified on the Website. Winners will be contacted directly and announced on our social media channels. The whole name is not mentioned here, but given as follows: eg. “Max M.”. If the winner has a social media account, it will be mentioned and/or marked in posts. If this is not desired, this must be communicated to our support team on Discord before the end of the competition!
Products purchased during the period of the competition and returned before the end of the competition deprive the customer of the right to participate in the competition if this requires a purchase of one of our products or a certain amount. Products won in a Giveaways cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Lian Original takes over the 10.-CHF for the won products. This will count towards the donation amount.
You must be at least 18 years of age to enter our competition.
Companies and Brand Partner are excluded from our Giveaways.

Membership Program
The Membership Program on Discord is subject to the platform's terms and conditions, and in no way holds Lian Original or Lian Management accountable. In case of any criminal activities or violations of the platform's terms and conditions, no legal action can be taken against Lian Original.
Membership access is regulated through the provided memberships and controlled by Lian Original. The associated discounts and benefits are automatically credited to the customers. The prices in the shop are automatically adjusted accordingly.
