Lian Original products are available worldwide. We strive to send our products to our customers in the most environmentally friendly way possible.
Payment is made by Direct Pay (card payment) via the provider “MyPos”. For companies, an order can also be placed in the form of an invoice (+25.-CHF/invoice). If you want to pay by invoice, please contact our support via email. This payment option is not available for private individuals.

The shipping costs are fixed with flat rates and cover the postage and packaging costs.
For deliveries to the EU or countries outside the EU, customs costs may apply to the Customer. Please find out about possible costs before purchasing the products. A subsequent request for repayment will be rejected in such cases, even if you have the package sent back without comment.
Basically, the regulations on the supplier’s side apply to products that are not manufactured by Lian Original. Special deviations may be possible. If you have any questions about our partners, please contact our customer support.

Since all products are finished or manufactured by hand, there may be longer waiting times depending on the order and order quantity. You will be kept up to date on the status of your order by email. Since there can also be delays with our suppliers and partners, it is possible that this will affect the delivery times. Available products will be sent to our customers, the missing products will be delivered free of charge.
If you want to pay for the products you have ordered by invoice, please contact us via email. When paying by invoice, a processing fee of CHF 25 will be charged.
