Cancellation Policy & Return Policy

General information:

In general, products can only be returned if they were damaged in transit and you have contacted us within 48 hours of receiving the package. If there is an error with your order (e.g. wrong size delivered), please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the package so that we can rectify it. Subsequent return requests are generally rejected.

  • For returns, the items must be returned in a hygienic and perfect condition. If there are signs of wear or hygienic soiling, the right to a refund or an exchange lapses.
  • Cloth masks, socks and underpants cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons.
  • Drinks cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • In the case of returns, the buyer will be charged for the shipping costs incurred by LIAN Original or deducted from the refund amount (even in the case of free shipping of the order).
  • The return costs must be borne by the buyer himself.
  • A refund request submitted in writing only, with no accompanying images, will be rejected and will result in a denial of the refund or exchange.
  • If you return the products to us without prior notification, you hereby waive the right to a refund or exchange.
  • If no photos were sent when contacting us, we can refrain from a refund or exchange.
  • In the event of a financial refund, the CHF 10 that went into the donation will not be refunded. An exception applies here to pre-sale products, for these products you will receive the full amount back.
  • Include the order number in your email. This way we can find you faster in our system

Proceed

  • Please contact us via email(info@lian-management.li) with photos of the damage or the mistake as well as the order number of your order. (The order number can be found on the delivery confirmation sent to you)
  • We will then analyze the situation and contact you as soon as possible.
  • We primarily refrain from providing a financial refund, where possible you will be sent the correct product free of charge once we have received the faulty one. ATTENTION: Please note that only the product is free, you will be charged for the shipping costs incurred.
  • A financial refund is always made by means of a voucher. A payout to your bank account is only made for pre-sale products. If you have ordered a pre-sale product and others, only the pre-sale product will be paid for with a bank transfer. All subsequent items will be refunded in the form of a voucher.


Voucher regulations: Goods paid for with a voucher or an invoice will not be refunded. By using a voucher or paying by invoice, you forego the refund and return option.
