BREAKING: Discord Customer Program: Platform Change

Dear Lian Original Family,

I’m reaching out to you personally today regarding an important decision we’ve had to make about our Discord-based Customer Program.

As many of you know, Discord has announced significant platform changes rolling out globally from March 2026. These changes include mandatory age verification processes. They also involve enhanced data collection measures. While I fully support initiatives that promote online safety, these updates have raised serious concerns for me regarding your privacy. I have serious concerns about data security. These are concerns I cannot and will not compromise on.

I founded Lian Original here in Liechtenstein with a promise. I aimed to build a brand where excellence, discretion, and trust are more than words. They are our foundation. Many of you have placed your trust in us not just as customers, but as members of an exclusive community. That trust is sacred to me. However, the recent Discord policy changes conflict with the level of privacy protection I’ve committed to providing you.

The thought of our community members is concerning. Many of them value their privacy as much as they value quality. We would need them to submit facial recognition data or identity documents to access our platform. This requirement simply doesn’t align with the values we’ve built together and is completely unacceptable. You deserve better, and I’m determined to provide it.

What happens now:

Effective immediately, we’re temporarily suspending access to our Discord Server. I know this is inconvenient, and I sincerely apologize for any disruption this causes. Please know that:

• Your Gold and VIP Memberships remain fully active – every benefit, every privilege continues
  
• You won’t miss a single product launch, pre-sale, or exclusive opportunity. We’ll communicate directly via the Websites News and our Social Media Channels as well as LinkedIn.
  
• Our team is working around the clock to launch a new platform that meets the privacy standards you expect from us

My personal commitment to you:

I have personally overseen the search for an alternative solution. I am confident we’ll have a new platform ready within days, not weeks. This new space will offer everything you loved about our Discord community. It will also provide the privacy protection and security befitting a Lian Original experience.
