How It Works (The Onboarding Process)

1. Purchase & Link: Complete your purchase and receive your Members Club access link in your order confirmation or customer account.

2. Submit Application: Join the Members Club and complete the verification form with your credentials and order information.

3. Personal Review: Your application will be personally reviewed by Lian Ospelt within 24 hours. Upon approval and final payment, your access will be activated immediately.

Important Terms & Conditions

• Membership Duration: Valid through December 31st of the current year (joining mid-year still requires the full 7,000 CHF fee for the remainder of the year). Renewal invitations are sent in November (30-day payment window).

• Non-Refundable: Membership costs are non-refundable under all circumstances and cannot be transferred. Leaving and wishing to rejoin requires a brand new application and full payment—re-entry is not guaranteed.

• Discount Code Restriction: This purchase must not be completed using a discount code (otherwise, the remaining balance will be charged).

• Leaving the Program: You may leave at any time by contacting Support.
